Memorial Day...

A Full Day.... Jill..... Annesley......Andrea
Benjamin, Brit & Joshua

We got together for Memorial Day- mostly at the beach
with the sailboat and motor boat. Afterwards the Lewis
Family came to our house for swimming and a cook-out.
We have known them a long time- back to Law
School in Provo and Brit was just a baby. We've enjoyed
watching their kids grow up. Thanks Jill for moving to Fl. ;)

Love is in the Air...

Over the Valentine's Day wk.end
we stopped by Audrey & Dan's
to bring over Nate & Spencer so
we could attend the Godard open
house (for Ben's brother).
Carola - this photo is for you-
this is the Orchid plant you
left with Audrey & Dan. Look
how much it has grown- amazing!
Audrey meeting Spencer for the
1st time... we all agree he is a cutie!
Thanks for babysitting :) Steve outdid himself this time! All this for
me! All I got him was 2 candy bars...

'BEFORE'
I like to make a special dinner/dessert for
Valentine's Day. Don't you love it when
the cake comes out perfect from the pan
and nothing sticks?

Here's the finished product.....
we need more dessert like a hole in the head.
For those of you unaware- we had a church party
with a Bake auction to help out the Young Women
in our ward for camp this summer- we bought 4
different desserts (my husband mostly). Luckily
we don't mind sharing...

Holiday Fun.....

For fun ideas for the holidays take a look at www.gooseberrypatch.com
and once on their site- go to the bottom and click on their blog-
I like the Thanksgiving Chandelier- she uses berries, gourds and greenery- also tags hanging down here and there with words stamped on them that remind you of the season, such as: harvest, colorful, haystack, pumpkins, gather, etc. It's also done for Halloween and Christmas. Have fun......
