Beaune.....

found another church along the way!

A person well loved...

this particular cemetary was cared for~

In our 'down time' the boys would watch French cartoons!

This was known as the 'Hospital of God'
people would come here to get better- many didn't
survive during the Black Plaque!

Same hospital of sorts- roofing was very unique

happened to see a Nun riding by on her bike
2nd night with the boys

4 sets of twins???

My friend Cindy Cragun (first one on the left)

just got called to be the Relief Society Pres. in her

ward in CA. We met in Florida when her husband was

a Bishop. We became fast friends and both love to

scrapbook. We've done quite a few things together

and hope to do more (even with our distance apart).

The picture below is quite amazing to me- the whole

presidency has twins and each one has a boy/girl set.

This has to be a record of some sort.

I'm sure there will be twin talk....

Best of luck- Cindy! ")

Feb. 19, 2011
No- I'm not actually a Derby Queen

attention. Did it work?
Remember the song- Roller Derby Queen
My new scout uniform- I know you have
been dieing to see me in it! :)
This was our Stake PineWood Derby with 18 boys in attendance
from different units in our church boundaries.
Couldn't resist taking this picture of
some cute kids patiently waiting
for the event to start...

cars in action.....

Our three winners-

The Conch Republic...

Feb. 12, 2011 My Dad and I visiting Key West- on a chilly day!
Unique sights to behold....

The main reason we came was for the groundbreaking
at the Key West Branch where I joined the church.

My Dad and Gary Kelly (both past Branch Presidents)

'Donna & Sondra'
Turning the dirt.....

Steve & Sonny take a turn!

We always have to stop here for
'Cuban Food'

Love the quaint houses....

Wondering what to do with those extra shells you have?

Another Cow?
I know you're thinking- you just went there? But this
was an important event for us and we've been waiting
a long time. We hope to have a new chapel in Key West
by the end of the year! Change is good but my heart
will always stay with that 'little building' where it all started!

Nothing remains quite the same....

The post below this one is a collage of our trip to
Key West(smilebox)that way I could fit alot of pictures in.
I wanted to add these- Places & People that mean alot! Key West Naval Hospital- where I was born. It is no
longer there but I went to the library in their historical
section and was able to find this!

Postcard of the hospital...

Best friends grave- I like to visit whenever I can! Friends- Knowles Family& Sondra at the K.W. Branch

Lunch with Sondra & David

This time next year the branch I joined the church in

will be gone and a new one built. Progress is good but

also sad as I think about the memories made in that little

building- if only the walls could 'talk'

Seminary Breakfast..

June 4th, 2010 Our final day of seminary- so we had a 'Big Breakfast'
and invited parents and Bishops. I had said let's make
a face on this one- but I was the only one apparently!

Now here's the face.....
Even though I have only been teaching since March I have
grown to love these kids so much and will miss them.
Plus I got to teach Andrea in her Senior year (an added bonus)
