Hailey is Six.....

On April 29th we were in CA. and able to

attend Hailey's 6th birthday party. Here's a cute shirt

we picked out for her party!

My children know this is a 'big moment' I have replaced the bulletin board in the pantry....

Some may say- that's no 'big deal' but I have had this

bulletin board since we lived in Orlando (1985-1987)

so going on..... 26 years!

The ole gal still has function mind you but she has seen

her day and I have been eyeing this new set up below

This is Lil's first time to the Naples Zoo!

Lil loves Giraffes and has a collection of them at her home!

Lil turns 88 on March 12th and I wanted to make it
special for her. So I decided it was high time she saw
the Giraffes at the Naples Zoo. I have been Lil's
visiting teacher for many years- she taught my son
Patrick (who is now 26) as a Sunbeam! I have learned
so much from her- she is a dear friend. I am so
thankful we have this program in our church so I can
develop friendships that will last a life time!

Feb. 2, 2011 Celebrating my Dad's b-day

78 years and counting....

My father is a special man and example in my life and to

those around him. He has a silent strength that motivates

me. We are alike in many ways and when my children

say you sound like G.pa or that's something G.pa would

do, I smile and think that's ok with me!

Happy Birthday to our Favorite Groundhog- we love you!

Let them eat CAKE and TURKEY too!

Audrey's b-day was Nov. 22nd

so we celebrated 2 days later when she

came over for Thanksgiving! Her favorite- German Chocolate

for Steve's b-day on the 27th.

November is a busy month for us! Besides the two b-days

mentioned above- Spencer (our 2 yr. old grandson) was born

on the 24th and Phil's b-day is the 30th.

In tribute- Steve was born on his father's b-day and he

passed away 3 yrs. ago.
